Spa Etiquette
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to maximize your visit by allowing you to enjoy our relaxation suite. Please understand that late guests will receive the time remaining for your service and full charges will apply. To maintain our relaxing and peaceful environment, please remember to turn phone to silent or vibrate.
Attire
You need not bring any special garments. We will provide a robe and slippers for your treatments. During treatments you will be properly draped at all times. Since your privacy is respected, you can undress to your comfort level.
At Kara, your comfort is of the utmost importance. Please notify us of your preferences of room temperature, massage pressure, music volume, and any other request you may have.
Gift Certificates
Available in any value of your choice and may be used for services or products. Perfect for all occasions. Wrapped at your request. Gift certificates are valid for one year and are non refundable.

Reservations/Cancellations
To avoid a 50% service charge a 48 hour cancellation notice is required.
A credit card is required to guarantee your spa reservation.
Gratuities
Gratuity is not included, however much appreciated. 15%-20% is customary.
